These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and subscription services offered by True North Soft Inc. (“True North Soft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Ontario corporation operating in Canada.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
To use our website or services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
True North Soft Inc. offers household paper products, including toilet paper, through a recurring subscription model.
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize True North Soft Inc. to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with the subscription plan you select.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled or modified in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and confirmation by True North Soft Inc.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, pricing or product description errors, or supply and operational limitations.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued where applicable.
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes, including HST, are added at checkout.
Prices may be revised from time to time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next billing cycle.
If a payment is declined or fails to process, shipments may be delayed, paused, or cancelled until payment is successfully completed.
True North Soft Inc. currently ships within Canada only.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, True North Soft Inc. is not responsible for delivery delays or carrier related issues.
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account or by contacting us using the email address provided in Section 16.
To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, changes must be submitted at least forty eight (48) hours prior to your scheduled billing date.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds are not provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
Due to the hygienic nature of household paper products:
Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements are issued at the sole discretion of True North Soft Inc. following review.
All products are intended for standard household use only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True North Soft Inc. makes no guarantees regarding suitability for specific sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions. Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except as required by applicable law.
True North Soft Inc. may allocate a portion of its revenue to charitable or community organizations.
Donation amounts, recipients, and timing may vary and are subject to change at our discretion. Such statements do not constitute a legally binding obligation unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
All content available on the website, including but not limited to logos, branding, text, images, and designs, is the exclusive property of True North Soft Inc. and is protected under Canadian intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, True North Soft Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products, subscription services, or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to True North Soft Inc. during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True North Soft Inc., including its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or products, or your violation of these Terms.
Personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Ontario, Canada.
True North Soft Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
